Who can become a member?
We supply stores, online resellers and designers. To qualify as a wholesale member, your business must have a valid license pertaining to the craft industry, tax ID (TIN or EIN), status card and, if applicable, a sales tax permit.

Do you provide Retail Referrals?
We have 2 outlet locations and our outlet has no membership required:
Our Bead and Craft Outlet is open to everyone! There are no minimums – spend $1 or $100.
Expect to save 50% and more on what you might spend at a regular retail store. We have monthly sales throughout the store and we communicate those via social media and to our Members via emails.
Only in person shopping is available at our two locations: Toronto, Canada and Blasdell, New York.

Do you take phone, e-mail, faxed, or on-location orders?
Yes, you are welcome to place your orders online or through one of our associates.

Can I modify an order I have already placed?
Once a web order is placed, it cannot be modified.
If you need to add some items, you can submit a new order and let your sales rep know so that your orders can be shipped together.

Can you ship directly to my customer?
We cannot ship to your customer.

What are your shipping options?
We ship via UPS or Canada post in North America.
International orders are usually UPS or DHL
If you have your own courier, we can use it as long as the information is provided.

How soon will you ship out my order?
Our goal is to ship within 48hrs

How long until I receive my order?
Depends on where you are located. Times can vary based on location.

My items arrived damaged what can I do?
Please contact your sales representative and they will assist you.

Can I apply for Terms Net 30?
After 12 months of purchases, you can request net30 and fill out our credit application.
A credit check will be done before terms can be approved.

Do you automatically ship backorders?
We do not automatically ship backorders. Backorders can be added from the website…or you can request your backorders to be added/shipped with a current order.

My order value is different than my invoice…Why?
There can be a difference due to items being out of stock when your order was processed or due to shipping charges.
The website provides an approximate cost and can be increased or decreased at time of shipping once the order has been completed and we have the actual weight for the shipment.
